I bought Mario Kart Wii todayand I looked through the whole box and there is no PIN# for the nintendo club.? - wii product registration pin

The PIN was not received in that Club Nintendo, and the stars and other things on this website. It has however provided with a PIN to register a product, but do not work with Club Nintendo. I live in Canada, making it a space problem's new? So when I click on the website of Club Nintendo to let me choose between Europe and Africa. When I am in the wrong place, please write here. So this copy and Mario Kart Wii is new, so why not come with a PIN for Club Nintendo?
